Namun, dalam konsep <strong data-start=\"297\" data-end=\"318\">Ketofastosis (KF)<\/strong>, makna gizi seimbang agak berbeda. KF mengajarkan kita bahwa tubuh manusia sejatinya lebih cocok memakai <strong data-start=\"424\" data-end=\"433\">lemak<\/strong> sebagai bahan bakar utama, bukan gula dari karbohidrat. Karena itu, gizi seimbang di sini artinya <strong data-start=\"532\" data-end=\"581\">memberi tubuh apa yang benar-benar dibutuhkan<\/strong>, bukan sekadar banyak atau bervariasi.<\/p><p data-start=\"624\" data-end=\"693\">Prinsip gizi seimbang ala KF bisa dijelaskan sederhana seperti ini:<\/p><ol data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"2174\"><li data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"993\"><p data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"993\"><strong data-start=\"698\" data-end=\"728\">Karbohidrat sangat sedikit<\/strong><br data-start=\"728\" data-end=\"731\" \/>Tubuh tidak butuh nasi, mie, atau roti dalam jumlah banyak. Justru terlalu banyak karbohidrat membuat gula darah naik-turun, gampang lapar, dan berujung penyakit. Dalam KF, karbohidrat cukup dari sayuran rendah gula seperti bayam, sawi, brokoli, atau timun.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"995\" data-end=\"1289\"><p data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1289\"><strong data-start=\"998\" data-end=\"1038\">Lemak sehat jadi sumber energi utama<\/strong><br data-start=\"1038\" data-end=\"1041\" \/>Lemak bukan musuh, justru sahabat kita. Minyak kelapa, santan, alpukat, butter, dan daging berlemak adalah sumber energi yang stabil. Saat tubuh terbiasa membakar lemak, energi terasa lebih panjang, tidak cepat lemas, dan pikiran lebih jernih.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1291\" data-end=\"1553\"><p data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1553\"><strong data-start=\"1294\" data-end=\"1327\">Protein pas, tidak berlebihan<\/strong><br data-start=\"1327\" data-end=\"1330\" \/>Protein berguna untuk membangun otot, memperbaiki jaringan, dan menjaga daya tahan tubuh. Cukup dari telur, ikan, ayam, daging, atau jeroan. Jangan sampai berlebihan, karena kelebihan protein bisa berubah menjadi gula.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1555\" data-end=\"1787\"><p data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1787\"><strong data-start=\"1558\" data-end=\"1589\">Sayuran hijau tetap penting<\/strong><br data-start=\"1589\" data-end=\"1592\" \/>Walau karbohidrat rendah, tubuh tetap butuh serat dan vitamin. Itu bisa diperoleh dari sayuran hijau, bukan dari buah manis. Serat ini baik untuk pencernaan dan menjaga keseimbangan nutrisi.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1789\" data-end=\"1977\"><p data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"1977\"><strong data-start=\"1792\" data-end=\"1825\">Jangan lupa mineral dan garam<\/strong><br data-start=\"1825\" data-end=\"1828\" \/>Saat menjalani KF, tubuh mengeluarkan lebih banyak cairan. Karena itu, asupan garam, magnesium, dan kalium penting agar tidak pusing atau lemas.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1979\" data-end=\"2174\"><p data-start=\"1982\" data-end=\"2174\"><strong data-start=\"1982\" data-end=\"2015\">Puasa sebagai bonus kesehatan<\/strong><br data-start=\"2015\" data-end=\"2018\" \/>KF selalu dikombinasikan dengan puasa (<em data-start=\"2060\" data-end=\"2069\">fasting<\/em>). Dengan mengatur jam makan, tubuh diberi waktu beristirahat, memperbaiki sel, dan membersihkan racun.<\/p><\/li><\/ol><p data-start=\"2176\" data-end=\"2432\">Jadi, gizi seimbang ala Ketofastosis bukan lagi \u201cpiring penuh nasi dengan lauk\u201d, tetapi pola makan rendah karbohidrat, tinggi lemak sehat, cukup protein, kaya sayuran hijau, serta ditambah puasa. Hasilnya?
